Community Outreach to youths to establish and build bridges with them so as to move them towards more meaningful and socially acceptable activities.
Residential Programmes for teenage girls and battered wives who need a temporary "home away from home." Duration of stay ranges from a few days to a few months. The current capacity is about 43 residents. AG Home's aim is to maintain a cosy home-like atmosphere as much as possible for those who seek refuge. The Home also offers enrichment programmes covering educational, recreational, vocational for both individuals and groups.
Day Care Programmes for youths who lack a conducive home environment and require an alternative supervised environment after school hours.
Eligibility Criteria
The Home is open to teens, youths and battered wives from all races and religion who are in need of help or short-term refuge and reffered by schools, churches, voluntary welfare organisations as well as government agencies.
