PCS's first centre located at block 113, Bukit Merah View was named "Heng Teck", offering kindergarten with play and nursery programmes. Its scope of services was later expanded to provide a range of services including infant care, childcare and student care. PCS has 9 childcare centres, 4 infant care centre, 1 school-based student care and 3 student care centres.
