A Christian community service with the mission to provide affordable and accessible quality child care services to meet the child care needs of working parents and the developmental needs of children.

PCS's first centre located at block 113, Bukit Merah View was named "Heng Teck", offering kindergarten with play and nursery programmes. Its scope of services was later expanded to provide a range of services including infant care, childcare and student care. PCS has 9 childcare centres, 1 infant care centre, 1 school-based student care and 3 student care centres.
