Introduction
Dorcas Home Care was established in October 1992. It was jointly set up by the Ministry of Health and PCS, and supported by the National Council of Social Service. We were the first to operate the meals-on-wheels service in Chinatown area. The service was later expanded to include other components of home help service. |

Objectives
- To enable older persons to continue to live in the community despite their frailty, and
- To support working family members in the care of their old and frail members.
