To integrate the lower-income seniors living in the community into mainstream society, with the active participation of the wider community.

Evergreen Circle Neighbourhood Link

DORCAS Home Care Service
Dorcas Home Care Service was established in October 1992. It was jointly set up by the Ministry of Health and PCS and supported by the National Council of Social Service. The mission is to provide an accessible and affordable range of services to enable the elderly to lead a more meaningful and independent life in Singapore regardless of race and religion.
