SARAH SAC was started in 1998 with the support of MCYS and NCSS to serve the elderly residents of Blk 105 and 106, Jalan Bt Merah.
Objectives:
- To improve the quality of life of low-income seniors
- To prevent social isolation of poor and vulnerable seniors in rental flats
- To facilitate and coordinate community support services for seniors

- As a drop-in for social and recreational activities.
- As a resource centre for social services.
- As a crisis monitoring centre for vulnerable elderly.
